About
Kim Logan
As a mother of two boys, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to children’s wellbeing and family connections. I completed my Master of Child Play Therapy at Deakin University Geelong in 2022, driven by a passion for nurturing stronger family bonds and enhancing communication.
My extensive experience spans over two decades in nursing, including specialized roles in Special Care Nurseries, the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Paediatric cardiac/renal unit, and a paediatric surgical unit. This background has provided me with a robust foundation in healthcare, guiding my approach to holistic child development.
Armed with a degree in Nursing and a postgraduate diploma in Midwifery, I’ve broadened my dedication to children’s welfare by pursuing a Masters in Child Play Therapy. Trained in Learn to Play, Humanistic Play Therapy and Filial Therapy, I bring a wealth of expertise and empathy to my practice, creating a nurturing space for children’s overall growth and development.
